Honey, garlic and other spices make this satisfying meal appealing to anyone.

INGREDIENTS:
2 tablespoons oil
1 small onion, chopped
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 clove of garlic, finely minced
1 pound ground chuck or round
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
¼ pound dry egg noodles
1 can (1 pound 12 ounces) tomatoes
½ pound diced sharp cheddar cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:

Heat the oil in heavy skillet with lid or use electric skillet. Add chopped onion, green pepper, minced garlic and meat.
2 . 
Cook and stir until lightly browned. Drain off excess oil. Add honey, salt and chilli powder. Blend well.
3 . 
Add noodles and tomatoes. Mix well. Sprinkle top with cheese. Cover.
4 . 
Turn heat low. Continue cooking for 30 minutes or until noodles are done.
