Honey Sweet Potato Balls

Yields: 10 Servings

Honey, cornflakes and sweet potato were made to be together in this crunchy, delicious appetizer.

Directions:

Take approximately 1/4 cup potatoes, placing 5 marshmallows in the center and make into a ball. Continue with remaining potatoes.
Roll the balls in crushed corn flakes. Place in buttered baking dish and pour honey over the top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees.

2 cups mashed sweet potatoes

1 cup honey

Small marshmallows

Corn flakes

Margarine
