A convenient, reliable way to make honeyed carrots right every time.

INGREDIENTS:

120 oz. bag of frozen whole carrots

4 Tablespoons honey

4 Tablespoons butter

INSTRUCTIONS:

In microwave, cook covered 10 – 12 minutes on high power, stirring once.

2 .

Microwave carrots, according to package directions, until half cooked.

3 .

Remove, and add honey and butter. Stir well and finish cooking.
