Broccoli With Sour Cream

Tender, green broccoli smothered in a honey sour cream sauce.

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. Broccoli

1 cup Sour Cream

2 Tablespoons honey

2 Tablespoons Vinegar

½ teaspoon dry mustard

¼ teaspoon salt

INSTRUCTIONS:

Cook broccoli until just tender and still bright green.

Combine sour cream, honey, vinegar, mustard and salt.

Heat gently. Pour over broccoli or serve in a sauce boat.
