3 Bean Salad

Yields: 2 Servings

Green, wax and kidney beans are tossed together with honey, oil and vinegar to make a great light snack!

Directions:

  1. Put honey, oil, vinegar, and salt in a jar and shake well. Pour over other ingredients and stir gently.
  2. Make 24 hours before serving. Stir several times during the 24 hour period.
  3. Keeps for several days.

Ingredients:

1 can cut green beans, drained

1 can cut wax beans, drained

1 can kidney beans, washed and drained

1½ cups chopped celery

1 chopped green pepper

1 chopped onion

2/3 cup honey

½ cup salad oil

¾ cup vinegar

½ teaspoon salt
