Honey French toast

The flavors of cinnamon and nutmeg combine with honey to make this recipe one of a kind.

Honey French Toast
INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1 pint milk
¼ cup honey
½ teaspoon salt
A sprinkling of nutmeg
6 or 8 slices of bread several days old
INSTRUCTIONS:
1 . 
Beat eggs until light. Warm the milk slightly and blend well with the honey. Add the salt, nutmeg and beaten eggs and stir well.
2 . 
Dip each slice of bread into the milk and egg mixture and place on a hot well greased griddle.
3 . 
Brown well on both sides. Serve with honey.
